52nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs Studio

Building 132, Room 114

Studio Photography is by appointment only and available for:

- Official portraits as required by AFI as well as applications for special duty assignments.

- Chain-of-Command photos at the squadron level and above (CC, Deputy/Vice Commander, SEL and First Sergeant)

- Award winners at the Air Force level, quarterly wing-level and annual winners at the group-level and above.

Public Affairs has the right to deny/cancel appointments that are not in accordance with the AFIs or approved by the Wing Commander.

*Last minute studio requests (within 24 hours) will require you to provide us a copy of your package guidance (PDF or Microsoft Word Document) that includes what photos are needed and the deadline. Additionally, your superintendent will have to contact Public Affairs to state a reason why the appointment was not booked earlier.

**No-shows will not be rescheduled without an e-mail or a letter from the individual's First Sergeant, Superintendent or Commander, stating the justification for missing the appointment. The member will then be rescheduled based on availability/suspense requirements. Please call/cancel 24 hours ahead of time at 452-6555 (0656561-6555), if you cannot make your appointment.

Electronic copies will be provided to the requestor via email. Printed, hard-copy photos are not provided.

A changing room is provided to members who wish to wear uniform of the day to the appointment and change into the required uniform on-site.


 

HEAD AND SHOULDERS
These photos are the typical “biography” and wall photos, and they are the most common portrait taken for service members. These photos are scheduled for all day on Mondays and only in the mornings on Thursdays.

Members are usually required to wear only the top half of the service uniform (i.e. blues service coat with all accoutrements, blues shirt, and tie/tie tab.

Hours of Operation:
Wednesdays: 9:30-11 a.m. 1-3:30 p.m.
Mondays on a case-by-case basis.

FULL-LENGTH
These photos consist of a head-to-toe photo with a seamless white background and are generally reserved for members who are submitting packages.
