The School Liaison Office advises the wing commander on matters relating to schools and military child education. The SLO promotes communication and collaboration between school, military organizations, community services, students and parents.

Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC)
The A&FRC supports Spangdahlem Air Base's mission by equipping Airmen and their families with the information and tools necessary to ensure resiliency in an ever-changing military environment.

Services Offered: Deployment Ready Member & Family, Transition Assistance (Pre-separation, Employment and TAP), Air Force Aid, Relocation and Sponsorship Assistance, Personal Financial Management, Personal & Work Life, Casualty Affairs, EFMP-Family Support and Volunteer Support.

Family Advocacy Program (FAP) 

Family Advocacy provides clinical maltreatment services for couples and families affected by violence or neglect.

Services Offered: Prevention of domestic violence and family maltreatment, play groups, Caring for Your Child through Divorce, Parenting, Anger Management and Couples Communication classes, briefings and squadron site visits, community awareness and involvement and New Parent Support Program - home-based nursing and psychosocial support for families with children ages 0-3.

IDS - Chaplain Corps
Chaplain Corps 

The Air Force Chaplain Corps provides spiritual care and the opportunity for Airmen, their families, and other authorized personnel to exercise their constitutional right to the free exercise of religion in collaboration with other agencies on base as well as off-base ministries. This is accomplished through religious observances, providing pastoral care, and advising leadership on spiritual, ethical, moral, morale, core values and religious accommodation issues.
