Drivers are responsible for reporting accidents to BOTH German AND U.S. Forces Police, for any/all accidents involving Government-Owned, Privately-Owned, borrowed and rented vehicles. Drivers must immediately report all accidents, personal injuries and damaged property: This includes collisions with unattended vehicles, buildings or roadside objects. (Reference: IAW USAEUR 190-1, USAFEI 312-202, CNE-C6FI 1120.6W)
❌ If you fail to report an accident, you will be issued a Traffic Ticket and may face further action under the UCMJ.
