Combat controllers build relationship with Polish Special Forces
Two 321st Special Tactics Squadron combat controllers watch as a 354th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft flies over head during austere landing training at Nowe Miasto, Poland, July 20, 2015. The combat controllers set up an austere landing strip for the A-10 pilots to practice landing. The unimproved surface simulates possible landing conditions in a deployed environment. The aircraft deployed to Poland in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve to bolster air power capabilities while underscoring the U.S. commitment to European security and stability.
