Military Personnel Section protects ID card holders
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Airman 1st Class Joshua Dover, 52nd Force Support Squadron customer service technician, inputs a customer’s personal identification number during the issuing of a common access card at the Military Personnel Section here Aug. 8. The recent change of taking social security numbers off Department of Defense identification cards was designed to reduce the risk of identity theft to the DOD ID card population.
