The F-16 Whisperer: Legend retires after nearly 40 years of service

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Alois Schmitz, 52nd Component Maintenance Squadron fuels systems repair shop, listens during his retirement ceremony Aug. 17 here to coworkers speak about his near four-decade career.
