Memorials to honor Spangdahlem Airmen Published July 15, 2010 By 52nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Memorial services will be held Friday and Monday for two Airmen who were killed in an automobile crash on the A60 Autobahn between Bitburg and Spangdahlem at approximately 3:30 p.m. Sunday. The first service will be held in honor of Airman 1st Class Amanda Jotham, 19, 52nd Security Forces Squadron, at 1 p.m. July 16 in the Base Chapel. At noon in the same location July 19, a service will be held for the memorial of Airman 1st Class Brandon McDonald, 20, 52nd Medical Operations Squadron. The members of the 52nd Fighter Wing send their heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the families, friends and co-workers of our deceased Airmen. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
