SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Tobias, son of Leila Bussey, 52nd Force Support Squadron, hands off the ceremonial torch during the Olympic Day celebration at the Skelton Memorial Fitness Center here July 21. Olympic Day was introduced in 1948 to commemorate the birth of the modern Olympic Games June 23, 1894, at the Sorbonne in Paris.
