Overseas Housing Allowance Survey

The overseas housing allowance survey will be available April 1 - May 11 for service members stationed in Germany who reside in private, off-base housing. The OHA survey is used to measure utility, recurring maintenance, and move-in expenses incurred by service members. The data collected will assist in the determination of OHA paid to members in Germany.
