A memorial ceremony for Airmen 1st Class Jacob Blackburn and Bradley Haile, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron pavements and equipment apprentices, was held at Club Eifel on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Oct. 22, 2019.
