A U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor from the 95th Fighter Squadron, 325th Fighter Wing, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., receives fuel from a U.S. Air Force KC-135R Stratotanker assigned to the 100th Air Refueling Wing, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, while flying above Bucharest, Romania, Aug. 20, 2018.
