Sister of Medal of Honor recipient, 480th Fighter Squadron pilot, recounts brother’s heroism
Lt. Col. Michael Richard, 480th Fighter Squadron commander, presents a squadron patch to Janine Sijan-Rozina, May 31, 2018 at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Her brother, U.S. Air Force Capt. Lance Sijan, flew with the then-480th Tactical Fighter Squadron during his service in Vietnam. The patch is a re-creation of the squadron's 1960's insignia and similar to what Capt.
