Senegalese Air Force senior leadership visits Spangdahlem, Ramstein

Airman 1st Class Megan Cardoza, 52nd Logistics and Readiness Squadron Traffic Management Clerk, explains the outgoing cargo procedures to a delegation of Senegalese Air Force leadership at Spangdahlem Air Base, Feb. 14, 2018. This program was developed by U.S. Air Force Europe and Air Forces Africa to build partnership capacity with African allies and assist in the building and modernization of their respective organizations.
