Spangdahlem dining facility reopens its doors
Col. Joseph McFall, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, and Spangdahlem Airmen cut the ceremonial ribbon at the updated Dining Facility at Spangdahlem Air Base after several months of renovations that made meal service unavailable to the Saber community, April 10, 2017. Upgrades to the DFAC include new kitchen equipment like ovens and a walk in fridge, air conditioning installed in the kitchen, a new service line, repainting the walls and adding murals in the dining rooms to reflect the base's connection to the local community.
