Manderscheid to host castle festival

During the upcoming Manderscheid medieval castle festival, knights on horses will battle with lances and swords, with bows and spears. The jousting tournaments are always among the highlights of the annual event besides the fireworks display, scheduled for 10:15 p.m., Aug. 27.
