Spangdahlem launches CFC with picnic

Event coordinators and volunteers set up a sign-up table for the Combined Federal Campaign Overseas kickoff at the base pavilion on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Sept. 21, 2015. Nearly 40 base members attended the kickoff and gave donations during the event.
