606th ACS convoys to Poland
A U.S. Air Force convoy drives through a German village as part of a convoy from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany to Poland Sept. 1, 2015. The 606th Air Control Squadron travelled over 700 miles in two days to reach destinations at Krzesiny and Nadarzyce Air Bases, Poland, making it the longest 606th ACS convoy to date. The Airmen will participate in Aviation Detachment Rotation 15-4, hosted by the U.S. Air Force Aviation Detachment stationed at Łask Air Base, Poland, as part of the latest training exercise designed to strengthen the interoperability of NATO allies.
