Spangdahlem recognizes civilians' length of service
Recipients of the Civilian Length of Service award stand with U.S. Air Force Col. Steve Horton, 52nd Fighter Wing vice commander, after the ceremony in Club Eifel at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Nov. 20, 2015.
