Niederkail’s historical village festival
A group of Explore the Eifel bikers and walkers followed an invitation by Mayor Illigen and the bike tour organizer, Thomas Gruber, explored the small museum and other attractions. The Peter Zirbes House and Museum attracts people year-round and will be open to visitors at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2015. Local village residents will read poems from Peter Zirbes to visitors. . The Peter Zirbes House shows the original household environment with items from the past, giving visitors a good impression on how the poet lived and worked. (Courtesy photo)
