SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – U.S. Air Force Senior Airman David Mota, 52nd Communications Squadron military postal clerk from Queens, N.Y., and U.S. Air Force Col. David Julazadeh, 52nd Fighter Wing commander from Chillacothe, Ill., place a wreath in front of a 9/11 memorial during a commemorative ceremony Sept. 11, 2013.
