Airmen put 'consent' on trial

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- U.S. Air Force Capt. Samuel Welch, 52nd Fighter Wing Judge Advocate chief of military justice from Fort Worth, Texas, swears in jury panel members Oct. 24, 2013, at the 52nd Fighter Wing legal office courtroom during Spangdahlem's interactive sexual assault prevention campaign, "Got Consent?" Most Airmen on the panel completed less than one year of military service. The training provides an opportunity for first-term Airmen to learn about the legal process early in their careers.
