U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Erik Roldan-Cajigas, electrical power production journeyman from Isabela, Puerto Rico, and Staff Sgt. Will Nicholson, electrical power production craftsman, from Norfolk, Va., both part of the 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron untie a barrier cable from the runway Feb. 18, 2014, at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
