Spangdahlem supports NATO operations
Royal Canadian Air Force pilots land CF-18 Hornet fighter aircraft on the flightline May 1, 2014, at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The fighter aircraft, along with support personnel, are travelling to Romania in order to conduct training activities as part of NATO reassurance measures to Central and Eastern Europe. The 52nd Fighter Wing and 726th Air Mobility Squadron at Spangdahlem are forward-based, with ready forces equipped to further enable NATO operations and enhance partner readiness.
