Ammo Airmen ‘load the fight’ for multinational exercises

Airmen feed 20 mm target practice rounds into a universal ammunition loading system at Lask Air Base, Poland, June 12, 2014. Ammunition was transferred to the aircraft using the UAL, which can hold approximately 2,100 rounds. The ammo for 18 U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft, from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, was used during Polish-led EAGLE TALON and U.S. Navy-led BALTOPS 14 to train pilots for future close-air-support missions.
