SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Lt. Col. Kevin Bennett, 52nd Communications Squadron commander, and the honorary Mayor of Wittlich, has one of his ties cut by a Wittlich matron during the Weiberdonnerstag (Women’s Thursday) festival, Jan. 31, 2008.
