Making the grade

DIVULJE TRAINING BASE, Croatia – (Center) Maj. Christopher Caragan has his new rank pinned on by Tech. Sgt. Stephanie China and Capt. Maricress Adonay April 30. The U.S. Air Force Airmen are deployed to the 458th Expeditionary Medical Squadron from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, to participate in Medical Training Exercise in Central and Eastern Europe 2008 (MEDCEUR 08). Fifteen nations are participating in the exercise May 2 through 14. The exercise focuses on mass-casualty training scenarios and humanitarian aid in response to crises situations.
