Airmen, international community honor recovered World War II MIAs
HENRI-CHAPELLE, Belgium -- Chief Master Sgt. Kenneth Williams, U.S. Air Force senior enlisted leaser for Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, places a rosette next to Tech. Sgt. Leonard J. Ray's engraved name Feb. 20, 2009 at the Henri-Chapelle Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium, signifying he is no longer missing in action.
