Airmen, international community honor recovered World War II MIAs

HENRI-CHAPELLE, Belgium -- A newly placed rosette next to 1st Lieutenant Raymond Pascuel’s engraved name at the Henri-Chapelle Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium signifies he is no longer missing in action.
