Airmen, international community honor recovered World War II MIAs
HENRI-CHAPELLE, Belgium -- Capt. Myer Gribbins, chief of Budget and Finance at the NATO Programming Centre in Belgium, places a rosette by 2nd Lt. Millard C. Wells’ name Feb. 20, 2009 at the Henri-Chapelle Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium, signifying he is no longer missing in action. Lieutenant Wells was a Kentucky native and one of nine men with the McMurray Crew in the Army Air Corps, who flew a B-24 bomber during World War II. (U.S. Air Force photo by 2nd Lt.
