Airmen, international community honor recovered World War II MIAs

HENRI-CHAPELLE, Belgium -- Staff Sgt. Waylon Ross, integrated command and control lead system administrator for the NATO Programming Centre, places a rosette next to Staff Sgt. Robert J. Flood’s name Feb. 20, 2009 at the Henri-Chapelle Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium, signifying he is no longer missing in action.
