Maintenance ops center monitors “health” of Red Flag air fleet

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. -- Senior Airman Collin Jordan, Red Flag Air Expeditionary Wing weapons system controller from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, answers questions regarding the runways Nellis while participating in Red Flag 09-3 March 6. The maintenance operations center, or MOC, runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to control, track and monitor all maintenance operations on the flightline here. Red Flag is a realistic combat training exercise involving the air forces of the United States and its allies.
