SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Katya, 52nd Security Forces Squadron working dog, relaxes after participating in aggression training with her handler, Staff Sgt. Justin Aycock. Katya is a Belgian Malinois. The Belgian Malinois is one of the most well-known of the Belgian breeds, having gained recognition in the armed forces and with police units as a dog that is a great drug, narcotic and bomb detector.
