SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Jon Fitch, Ultimate Fighting Champion fighter, demonstrates an arm grab on Chief Master Sgt. Mike Veros, 52nd Fighter Wing, during a mixed martial arts training class April 27, 2009. Three UFC fighters traveled to Spangdahlem AB where they had breakfast with Airmen followed by a nutrition seminar. That afternoon the UFC fighters gave base members of the MMA club pointers on proper execution of grappling techniques.
