SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Using a mock M-16 rifle, Senior Airman Kyle Beard, 52nd Security Forces Squadron, instructs Marcus Collins, a Spangdahlem Elementary School student on the proper way to hold the weapon on May 13, 2009 during Police Week.
