One person's trash...
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Mounds of trash pile up outside of garbage bins on base, which is an ongoing problem that costs the base thousands of dollars in fees and penalties. As people continue to throw items in the wrong container or bring off-base trash to bins on base, the 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron Service Contract Section is doing more to hold those people accountable.
