Spangdahlem receives aqueous film-forming foam

SPANGDALEM AIR BASE, Germany – Airman 1st Class Estevan Escarsega, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron, uses a hose line to spray a collection unit with aqueous film-forming foam, while Staff Sgt.
