Load crew competition tests maintainers

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Tech. Sgt. Anthony Toliver, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, takes notes while inspecting members of the 23rd Fighter Squadron during the load crew Ccompetition July 17.
