SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, GERMANY -- Col. Darryl Roberson, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, checks F-16 landing gear with Airman Jeff Kakaley, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, May 21. Airman Kakaley, a Harleigh, Pa., native, is an assistant dedicated crew chief who has been in the Air Force for one year. Airman Kakaley’s supervisor, Senior Airman Joshua Teakles, said, “Airman Kakaley is a highly motivated Airman who has excelled at being an F-16 crew chief. He is a quick learner who shows great potential to go far and do great things in the U.S. Air Force.” Airman Kakaley’s personal goals are to finish a teaching degree and score a 95 percent or better on his Career Development Course exam.
