Bringing down the house

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Col. Jodine Tooke, 52nd Mission Support Group commander, is briefed by an equipment operator from the demolition company Ferraro Industriemontageund Abbruch GmbH prior to demolishing building 414 here Oct. 1. This building, along with five others, will be torn down to make way for a new child development center to support continued growth as part of Spangdahlem 2015, where Bitburg Annex’s assets will transition to Spangdahlem.
