Americans, Germans participate in spooky celebration

BITBURG ANNEX, Germany -- Stephanie Hattabi, a local German resident, gets a scare from two actors in costume at the haunted house in the Bitburg Annex Oct. 31. This annual Halloween event, available to both Germans and Americans, took visitors on a 15-minute tour through a house of dressed up killer-clowns, ghouls, goblins, graveyards, chain saws and axe murderers. More than 1,700 people attended the event, with more than 400 from the local area. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Nick Wilson)
