SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Senior Master Sgt. Patrick McCracken, 52nd Fighter Wing Top 3 Education Committee, presents Airman 1st Class Lesley Good, 52nd Equipment Maintenance Squadron, with a scholarship check for $100. The Top 3 and Company Grade Officer Council have teamed up to present two $100 scholarships each term in order to encourage Airmen and junior NCOs to continue their off-duty education.
