First responders evaluated during Phase II exercise
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – A member of the Exercise Evaluation Team waits for the 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department to respond to a smoke-filled building during a simulated fire during Operation Saber Crown 10-04 here March 2.
