Family circuit training gets parents and kids in shape
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Lt. Col. John Caye, 52nd Medical Group health facilities chief, helps his 7-year-old daughter Signe perform sit-ups during a family circuit training class March 12 in the Skelton Memorial Fitness Center.
