52 FW commander shadows Airman

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Airman 1st Class Jason Michele, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron assistant dedicated crew chief, performs a walk-around inspection on an F-16 Fighting Falcon with Col. Tip Wight, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, to prepare for a flight while participating in the commander’s shadow program in HAS 62 March 24. The commander’s shadow program is designed to give the commander a greater awareness of the duties, responsibilities and perspectives of 52nd FW Airmen as well as directly view the contributions Airmen make to the wing.
