MMA fighters hit the mat at Spangdahlem
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Mixed martial arts stars Ed Herman (top) and Chris Leben demonstrate ground-and-pound techniques during an Ultimate Fighting Championship demonstration at the Skelton Memorial Fitness Center April 16.
