52nd Fighter Wing Load Crew Competition
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Staff Sgt. Richard Bates, 52nd Maintenance Operation Squadron weapons load crew team chief, reviews a checklist to ensure no steps were missed after locking his munition onto an F-16 Fighting Falcon during the 52nd Fighter Wing Load Crew of the Quarter competition April 16. The competition challenged Airmen from the 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron to safely and efficiently load munitions onto their aircraft.
