First F-16s leave for Duluth

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Members of military and civilian news agencies conduct interviews on the flightline here April 27. Civilian media was invited onto the base to film and photograph the departure of six F-16s for 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, Duluth, Minn., as part of the Combat Air Forces Restructuring plan.
