Memorial Day commemorated in Luxembourg

LUXEMBOURG CITY, Luxembourg – Secretary Eric Shinseki, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, speaks during a Memorial Day ceremony at the Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial May 29.
