SAINT-MIHIEL, France – Maj. Gen. Jack B. Egginton, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe’s director of air and space operations, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, gives an address during the Memorial Day ceremony at the Saint-Mihiel American Cemetery in France May 30.
