NATO Force Eval
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – An inspector evaluates Airman 1st Class Brandon Orr’s application of self-aid and buddy care principles to Airman Eden Winterman, a simulated gunshot wound victim during individual core competency skills assessments conducted here June 25. The ICCS assessments are one portion of the NATO force evaluation Spangdahlem has participated in this week. These skills are critical assets military members need to proficiently conduct contingency operations that may require crisis intervention, such as deployments or NATO missions.
